Balancing my personal life with owning and managing a business can certainly be a challenge at times. I find it necessary to prioritize most aspects of my life. With my first child to be born in August of this year, I expect this juggling act to become even more complicated. As with most people, my family—especially my spouse—is my top priority. It is important, however, to remember that in order to provide for your family, you must have a sufficient source of income. For me, this income source is my business. Therefore, I must also give high priority to my business clients, since they indirectly affect my ability to provide for my family. As a result, I find it necessary to give 100 percent to my business by providing my clients with top-quality service...thereby allowing me to give 110 percent to my family.
